Great location, staff is friendly & helpful. Appreciated the daily complimentary water bottles. Noticed there were no plates, utensils or cooking pans in the kitchenette, but we got by.

Room was great and clean. It has a very big closet to store luggage and a nice bathroom. There are no laundry soap and safe. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. Lots for restaurants and shops outside of the hotel. Recommend this place if you are staying in Busan.

Room is clean and new. However we noticed a leak from the toilet and reported to the staff. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but eventually they sent someone over to do something. The problem wasn’t completely fixed but we were leaving in a day so we didn’t bother. I would think the right thing for them to do if they couldn’t fix the problem was to change us to another room and we brought that up.

Wir reisen zu zweit und hatten das Zimmer wegen zwei Einzelbetten gebucht, die auf den Werbebildern jeweils wie Doppelbetten aussahen. Wir kamen in ein Zimmer, in welchem ein Doppelbett auseinander gezogen wurde und man sich um die Betten nur im Krebsgang bewegen konnte. Die Rezeptionistin meinte, das wäre auf den Bildern so sichtbar gewesen und damit war die Sache erledigt für sie. Zudem war die Bettwäsche fleckig, genauso wie die Vorhänge und es war Dreck auf dem Boden, insbesondere auf den Schienen der Schiebetüren. Auch gab es Baustellenlärm, da wohl das ganze Haus saniert wird zur Zeit. Es gab auch keine Badutensilien. Für ein Hotel sehr enttäuschend.

19階からの眺めはとても素晴らしく、気持ちの良いベッドで眠ることができた。スタッフの対応も丁寧だが、夜10時から朝9時までフロントデスクにスタッフがいないのは不便。 ゴミや使用済みタオルは回収してもらったが、新しいタオルは人数分無く、ゴミ袋ももらえなかった。

슈피리어 트윈룸 시내전망 ,2박 투숙했어요. 신축이라 깨끗합니다. 가격도 괜찮은 편이었구요. 뚜벅이 여행이라 교통편이 편하고 깡통시장,국제시장 가까워서 오전에 여기저기 돌아다니고 낮에 잠깐 들어와서 에어컨 틀고 쉬다가 다시 저녁때 나갔어요. 카카오 택시도 잘 잡히고 버스편도 많아서 영도 다녀오기도 편했어요. 이틀동안 낮에 더워서 땀을 많이 흘렸는데 세탁기랑 건조기가 있어서 간단히 세탁하기도 편했어요. 드레스룸이 생각보다 커서 캐리어 펼치기에 편했어요. 다만 드레스룸이 크다보니 침실이 좀 답답하게 느껴졌어요. 드레스룸을 반으로 줄이고 침실이 조금 더 넓었으면 하는 아쉬움이 조금 있어요. 수건 큰타올 2장,작은 타올 2장,생수 2병,두루마리 휴지 1개도 다음날 오전에 나갔다 오후 6:30분쯤 돌아오니 비대면으로 문앞에 놓여있어서 편했어요. 남포동쪽으로 다시 여행온다면 또 숙박할 예정입니다.

場所はチャガルチにもBIFF広場も近く便利だと思います。ですが3泊したのですが部屋の掃除がついていないと言われ、3泊なら前日までに予約すれば一度だけ掃除が可能とあったので２日目に 予約に行くと15時を過ぎているから？無理だと言われました。なにせ日本語が通じないので受付の方とのアプリや少しの英語でのやりとりになります。それがなかなか伝わらない。タオルは部屋の前に置いておいてくれるのですが使ったタオルはどうすればよいのか。ゴミもどんどん溜まって行く。他の部屋の方が朝ドアの前にタオルとゴミもだしていたので3日目の朝に出しておくと捨ててくれていました。バスタブもないので3泊となるとやっぱり湯船に浸かりたくなります。親戚と2部屋借りたのですがどちらの部屋もトイレットペーパーの予備が一つしか置いてなかったので足りなくなり、最後の日はティッシュを使い、流さないので気分が悪かったです。良かった点は部屋に大きな洗濯機と乾燥機、冷蔵庫も大きいです。でもリピートはなしですね。

一見ホテルと認識し難いので　戸惑います。フロントは、3階に有り　3つのホテルの受け付けが有ります。 今回は18階と20階に宿泊しました。ロケーション的には満足出来て　バスタブ付きでリラックスできる。前の道路は、占い師ブースが並び　カフェやレストラン、ゲームセンターがあるビフ通りに面しています‼️

3泊4日4部屋3室使用しました。トイレの排水が何度か詰まることがあって　最上階のせいでしょうか？ 長期滞在にも浮くコンドミニアムスタイルで景色もよく快適でした。 ホテルの入り口は少しわかりにくいですが、かなり利便性の高い位置にあり、釜山観光にはもってこいです

雖然房內有衣帽間很好， 但衣帽間面積與兩張床面積相若，兩床之間只有約10cm，沒有活動範圍，而一床非常貼近露台玻璃，酒店介紹有洗衣乾衣機但原來日租客人不能使用，這點應該事先註明，被鋪質地是爽身不是軟綿，每當轉身或移動時，都會發出si si sa sa 的聲音，完全影響同房睡眠的人士，至於房內其他設備都可以
