Location is terrific, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. Smells great, and connected to the Lotte Department Store. Lastly, the Blue Haven area is amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment our taxi pulled up to the lobby, the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel at home. Check in was fast and easy, the elevators are fast and plentiful, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. Also the location is perfect for exploring Seomyeon or taking the subway to other parts of the city. We stayed four nights but wish it had been longer. A true five star experience.
