Hotel was situated in a good location with metro station access via the mall. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate with quite a bit of variety. My only complaint is a staff member working in the restaurant who would not give me a peppermint tea bag to bring to my wife in the room because she was not feeling well. We have as already pre paid for the buffet for the length of our stay. I had to speak to a manager/supervisor in order to get it. I expected better from a 5 star rated hotel.

As always, the hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with department stores and shops right nearby, and there are many dining options in the area. The hotel buffet was also delicious. Overall, it was a very convenient location where I could easily walk around without needing transportation. I would love to visit again — it was especially a great place to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay without having to travel far.
