We had a very pleasant stay at H-Avenue. While the room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient, what stood out the most were the staff. Two of the front desk staff members exceeded my expectations with their kindness and professionalism in helping me deal with an unexpected situation where I was missing my luggage upon getting off the KTX. They treated my concerns as their own and did everything they could to help me resolve the issue. Because of them, I was able to track down the person who had accidentally taken my luggage and had it back by the next day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much!

Good & Cosy Hotel

The front desk has upgraded the room for my wife and myself. Besides being more spacious, it was equipped with an auto Air Dresser which helps to sanitize our clothing. Also, very good arrangement to put my two daughters' room directly opposite ours. The front desk staff is very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean, and within walking distance to subway station. Take note they don't do housekeeping daily. It is ok for us as we stayed for only 2 nights. Don't mind the star rating, as this hotel is as good as those in the upper tiers. Strongly recommend if you're looking for a cosy, clean and cheaper hotel to stay.

Not easy to find the hotel on the 1st day because is hide behind all the tall buildings. After familiarise the area, it was easy to move around and to Seomyeong train station, Exit 7. Lots of shopping around the area within walking distance. As for the room, the toilet and shower door is a glass door, and can see through clearly. But room is clean and big enough for 2 persons. There is room to improve the housekeeping, is either forgot to put the towels or just only leave 1 set. Counter staffs are friendly and approachable.

コスパのいいホテル！ 西面駅からも徒歩圏内。周囲には飲食店も多く、ホテル前にコンビニもあります。 バスタブ付きの部屋に宿泊しましたが、広くて居心地もよかった。 フロントにいたオーナーさん？がとても穏やかな雰囲気の方で、日本語で挨拶をしてくださりとてもうれしかったです。 次回の釜山旅行でもまたこのホテルを選びます。

入ってすぐの室内ドアは壊れていてすぐに開くし、壁の端っこの方はカビが生えてるし…初日は歯ブラシもなく、ガウンの襟元はファンデーションが落ちていないのでこうかんしてもらい。土日は、騒音がとてもうるさい。二度と泊まりたくありません。

櫃檯非常不友善，網路寫提供嬰兒床結果根本沒有，照片有按摩椅也是有的房間沒有按摩椅，水槽也超級小，浴室地板超級滑想摔死人，整個房間陰暗沒光，電燈也不明亮，暗的要死，蚊子一堆，早餐爛死了只有麵包，牛奶，還沒附盥洗用品，總結就是爛。

フロントのお姉さんが言葉が通じなくても優しく丁寧に応対してくださいました。17時からチェックインと書いてありましたが、早め(15:30くらいだったかな？)でも入れてくださったので助かりました^ ^ しかもアップグレードしてもらえたようで…嬉しかったです！ 入口にポップコーンが置いてあり、子供たちも嬉しそうでした。歯ブラシがあるのがポイント高いですね。化粧水、乳液もありました。周りはラブホ街っぽいので、子供が年頃だとダメかなぁ…と思いますが、繁華街からも遠くないので、よかったです。お世話になりました。

Este hotel de Busan me pareció mucho inferior a lo que contraté y vi en las fotos. Estaba sucio, faltaba una buena limpieza del lavabo y de la habitación. La habitación que nos dieron no tenía mando del aire acondicionado, el lavabo perdía agua, el urinario estaba roto y las toallas eran pequeñas, viejas y insuficientes. Sin duda un hotel al que no volvería por la habitación, el personal que no habla inglés y el desayuno muy justo.

場所は西面にあるのでアクセスは良い思います。 ホテルは内装は綺麗でした。 不満な点は、シャワールームとトイレに仕切りがないこと、少しタバコ臭かったところ。 朝食付きでしたが、行ってみたらパンと卵が置いてありましたが、これなら無くてもいいかなと思いました。 ちょっと期待はしてたのですが。
