After booking you should receive an automated message letting you know you will receive your room number and code 5 minutes prior to check-in. Stayed in the one-bedroom suite at Elmomento Songdo — absolutely loved it. The oceanfront view was breathtaking, with Songdo Sky Park right outside the window. Just a 10-minute taxi ride to Jagalchi Market, BIFF Square, and Gukje Market. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. An amazing stay all around!

Room is huge and spacious with a beautiful view of Songdo cable car. Communication with the staff was efficient and staff were quick to address any queries. Check in instructions were automatically sent via Expedia, allowing for a more convenient way to check in. If a local number is provided, check in instructions will also be provided via Kakao Talk.

The space was super clean. The check in is a little unconventional as the 'hotel' is actually just part of a bigger building and the reception is just an office on the 3rd floor. There is a huge convenience store with an assortment of food and drink including alcohol on floor 1 which was super awesome. The view is spectacular but be aware the closest bus stop is a ten minute walk away from the hotel and the restaurants are a bit limited, especially before noon.

Property was very clean and nice, heating and cooling worked wonderfully and the view was impeccable. Only difficulty was my lack of Korean phone number for communication on where to park and which room we were staying so I had to do so through kakao for which my boyfriend had to do the talking as I’m not fluent in Korean. Everything else was wonderful

The Songdo beach area was more lively than expected. We were there during the Busan Mackerel festival and it was a sight to behold! The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only downsides were: 1. No toaster provided 2. Given a low floor unit so the view was disappointing and not what was shown in the pictures. 3. Communication with the provider was terrible. We wanted to know if we could store our luggage somewhere after checkout, I messaged them through Expedia, and it was total radio silence.

This is a like a little home in Busan. Huge fridge, a/c works perfectly, microwave, double glass door to shield from city noise, amazing ocean view rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer and clean for less than $100 USD in the best location in Busan. It’s not a huge space but you don’t need more than the private bathroom and a balcony to sit and contemplate 🙌

Gorgeous apartment. Good location. Beach, walks, cafes, restaurants. Short walk to buses that connect with underground. Loved it! Just need to mention the name of the building in directions Sky Ocean Residence otherwise the taxi driver won’t be able to find it.

They should provide bath size towels free! I saw many foreign visitors staying there, we don’t typically use hand towels to dry after shower or bath. When I asked for it, they charged for each bath towel! Hope they would improve the service.

When I arrived it was difficult to find the office but as a non Korean speaking woman, I had plenty of help from the other holiday makers. It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are brand new and the technology is outstanding. Twenty five minute walk to the markets and very close to public transport. Very clean.
