I absolutely loved my stay here! I solo traveled to Busan and felt very safe with having the 24/7 front desk and security for the building. It is only a 2 minute walk to Jagalchi Station, and only three subway stations away from Busan Station so it was so easy to get anywhere in Busan and from the KTX station! The hotel room was spotless when I arrived and the beds were very comfortable! I got the city view room and the curtains were blackout curtains so it made it easy to sleep and take a nap if needed! 10/10 would recommend if you are traveling to Busan!

A friendly helpful male front staff

One of the male front staff is very heipful who has spent so much time before the check in time. As the check in time is 15:00 while I arrived in the hotel at 0800, he was very helpful and patient

名前が変わっていて1時間位ホテルを見つけられなかった。変わったのなら看板とか分かるような表示を道に出して欲しかった。入口も奥に入った所でわかりにくくえ2周ぐらいホテルの周りを探し回って1時間位掛かった。

初めて宿泊しました。フロントの方は日本語が上手で安心できました。 お部屋も広く綺麗で冷蔵庫が大きかったので、冷凍されてるカンジャンケジャンを帰国するまでしっかり冷凍できました。 1つ残念だったのは、私達のシャワールームにボディーソープがありませんでした。一緒に行った友人の部屋にはあったそうなので、基本はあるのだと思います。 それ以外は立地も良くて満足でした。

チャガルチ駅に近く、とても便利が良いです ホテルも新しいので綺麗。なにより、スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったので、気持ちよく利用出来ました チェックインの時は、日本語は話せない女性でしたが、モニターの翻訳機能を使って、丁寧に、笑顔で説明してくれました、、そのあと外出して、戻ったら、日本語が話せる女性に変わっていましたが、こちらの方も親切でとても対応が良かったです 便利は良い、部屋はきれい、コスパ最高 また利用したいです

コティスザ・ブリッジに泊まりましたが、コティスザ・グランドもラディヤントナンボも同じ建物の様でした。 チャガルチ駅３番出口(エレベーターあり)から１分。夜は下に屋台が立ち並び、コンビニも目の前で、とても便利です。 部屋は狭いけれど、ウォーターサーバーや大きい冷蔵・冷凍庫もあるし、ベッドも固めで快適でした。海側の部屋だったので、景色は抜群に良かったです。 ただ、強風の日は部屋のドアがガタガタなり、風の音が笛のように聞こえます。あと、エレベーターが２基しかないのでなかなか来ません（笑）

駅近ですが、路地を入ったところにも関わらず、マンションとホテルが一緒になった建物のため少し安全面が心配ではありました。 夜になると外の騒音で起きたり、枕が高すぎて寝づらかったりしましたが、 部屋の大きさは十分ですし、毎朝海が見えるのがとても良かったです。 また浄水器と大きな冷蔵庫にはとても助かりました。 また一人旅の時には利用します。ありがとうございました。

今回初めての利用でしたが、とてもよかったです！ 立地も良く、部屋は若干狭くて浴槽がないですが、清潔感もあり見晴らしもよかったです 注意点はゴミ箱が無いこと 浄水器の横にビニール袋があって、それをゴミ箱代わりに使うそうです チェックアウトしようとして気付きました(^^; 空港までのタクシーも頼んだら呼んでくれましたし（私たちは荷物の多い４人だったので、大きめの車を呼んでもらいました。空港まで現金払いで４万ウォンでした）、日本人のスタッフもいたので、日本人でも安心して利用できると思います～(^^)

快適でした

良い意味でホテルらしくないですが快適に過ごすことが出来ました。多少、部屋は狭く感じますがほぼ寝るだけなので問題ないです。 冷蔵庫が大きく冷凍庫があるのも良かったです。浄水器があるのも嬉しい。 入り口がわかりにくく迷いました。

立地　室内　最高でした。

フロントスタッフが日本語ができる方ばかりでとても親切に対応してくださいました。 立地も最高で　お部屋には大きな冷蔵庫がありウォーターサーバーからは冷水が出るのでありがたかったです。清掃も行き届いていて窓からはチャガルチの海　橋も眺める事ができ快適に過ごしました。
