Hotel in Busan

We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite with 2 bedrooms, large living room and a breakfast area at very reasonable price. Very nice room, clean and very good location. Centum City shopping mall which houses Lotte and Shinsaegae department stores, Spaland Korean Spa place are right around the corner. We love our stay there.

1 block away from the subway station. Good restaurants around. The room is as depicted. The 2 issues were : 1) the bathroom that even they has all the appearance of a western-strike bathroom still water POURS outside the tub and POOLS on the floor. 2) the elevators are super slow. Like more than 5min even that they have 4 elevators

Here are Pros and Cons of our stay. Pros - spacious room for 4. - full kitchen with large fridge and freezer but did not furnish any plates or utensils. - staff were friendly and accommodating. - very convenient to local shops and restaurants. Cons - no daily room cleaning unless you stay 3 nights. - bath towels were too small but they do change them daily. - out outside terrace area were not well kept therefore we didn’t spend any time sitting outside.

Room’s are large and comfortable but old. Everything is an old material and strangely outfitted. A kettle but no cups or mugs, dish soap and cleaning utensils but no crockery. Strong smoke smell despite being non smoking. Found old cigarette butt behind the toilet. Quiet and large, bathroom acceptable

Our first time in Busan and overall this place was rather spacious for our group of four. Close to eating places and shopping. Some drawbacks: This building shares rooms with another hotel(?). There are two check in lobby areas. We had a very late check-in (11:30am) and when we got there ‘no one’ was there!!! We asked the other counter for assistance and they were no help. Only thing was a young man (who spoke English) who was in the lobby and helped us to call someone down to get our keys… if it wasn’t for him, no one would help us. Other than that, since we were out the whole day… it was a good roomy place to sleep & rest.

The I’m not happy about the availability to your reception. Many situations where we needed service but couldn’t reach out. Our room didn’t get cleaned up every 4 day as you promised, like the maintenance guy said We had to go throw our own trash many times. Refills on toilet paper and towels, we had to ask each time and wait for a while before we got them delivered. Hope you understand our complains and take it as feedback on getting better. Thank you.

Would not recommend

I stayed for 4nights business trip. The toilet didn’t flash at the first night and asked them to change the room. However they just said it’s fixed and didn’t change the room. Then the same thing happened next day again. I asked to change the room but they never did without explaining the reason. The phone number they gave as the office didn’t work, never answered nor call back. The hotel reception opens only 9am to 9pm and if something happens during night time, they just doesn’t do anything. I would not recommend especially for the business trip or busy trip.

낡아가지만 여전히 장점이 더 많은 숙소

과거 종종 이용했던 호텔을 오랜만에 이용하였습니다. 여전히 넓고, 주차 편하고, 위치 좋고, 1층 상가 이용하기 좋은 호텔입니다. 하지만 과거에 비해 확실히 건물이 노후되어가고 있음이 느껴집니다. 벡스코 근처가 목적지라면 또 이용할 의사가 있습니다.

단점 위주로 적겠습니다. 한 건물을 센텀호텔과 센텀빅토리아호텔 두 법인이 운영하다보니 카카오맵 기준으로 센텀빅토리아호텔로는 검색이 되지 않았습니다. 고민하다가 일단 주차를 하고 로비에 직접 올라가 보고서야 동일한 건물을 두 호텔이 쉐어 한다는걸 알았습니다. 주차장은 넓었고 편하게 주차할수 있었습니다. 침실에 티슈와 휴지통이 없습니다. 주방 씽크대 하수구에 이전 투숙객의 음식물이 그대로 담겨있어서 초파리가 있었습니다. 입구쪽에 있는 침실은 모든 불을 껏음에도 희미하게 남아있어서 잠을 자는데 방해가 되었습니다. 아마도 LED 다운라이트와 맞지 않는 안정기가 연결되어있는듯 합니다. 그외에는 침구는 매우 깨끗하고 에어컨은 거실크기에 비해 두대나 설치되어있어서 아주 시원한 여름 휴가를 보낼수 있었습니다. 별4개는 충분해 보입니다.
