1. 강가 뷰는 도로가 인접하여 소음이 시끄러움. (심야 취침시 강함) 2. 창문이 고장났음에도 수리가 되어 있지 않아, 소음이 더욱 심함. (수리 미흡) 3. 조식은 최소한의 끼니를 때우는 정도의 식사만 생각해야함. 4. 주변에 특별한 음식점, 문화시설 등은 없으며, 10분 정도 걸어나갈 수 있음. 5. 입구에서부터 쾌쾌한.. 이상한 냄새가 코를 자극하여 호텔보다는 오래된 모텔 느낌이 강함.

구포역에서 내려서 걸어서 약 15분 걸립니다. 구포역 근처 대로변이라 창문을 열면 차소리, 오토바이 소리 너무 시끄럽습니다. 창문을 닫고 지낸다면 문제는 없습니다만.... 리모델링을 해서 매우 깨끗한 점은 좋았으며 친절했습니다. 방이 조금 좁다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 조식도 약간의 식빵과 샐러드로 빈약한 편입니다.

방음이 아쉽다

출장차 하루 내려와 묵고 가는데 체크인하니까 그제서야 목록 확인하고 미리 예약된 방이 아니라 비어있는 방들중에서 적당히 조건 맞는 빈방 줌. 객실 많아서 굳이 예약할 이유 없었나봄ㅋㅋ. 방은 깨끗하고 상태 좋음. 근데 방음이 매우 안좋은 것 같음. 화장실쪽 방음이 특히 안되고 옆방 윗방 물 쓰는거 소리 다 들림. 아침조식은 그냥 모닝빵 치즈 샐러드 잼 계란후라이 커피 시리얼 과일 등으로 이 가격대 조식은 다 이렇더라. 불만없음. 아침 나올때 옆방 신음소리 들으며 퇴실함. 싼 가격에 일마치고 들어와 잠만 자고 나갔으니 불만은 없음.
