잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

비치룸이 아닌 일반룸이지만 출장으로는 부족함이 없는 시설이었습니다. 다만 처음 찾는 분들에게는 간판이 크게 없어서 두번 정도 헤매다 연락드려 찾아갔네요. 이 건물은 복합형 호텔이라 다른 숙박업소도 층별로 틀려서 엘리베이터 시설표시를 보시고 원하는 호텔에 가셔야합니다. 여기는11층에 로비12,13,14로 되어있습니다.

브라운도트 애견동반 이용

부산에 몇 안되는 애견동반 숙박업소입니다. 그래서 선택했는데요. 애견동반 1박에 3만원씩 받습니다 그런데 애견용품은 1도 준비된게 없습니다. 모두 준비해가야 합니다. (왜3만원을 받는건지 몰르겠음요.) 경치는 광안리 해수욕장 보이고 좋습니다. 늦은 밤 조금 시끄럽습니다. 실내는 청소상태가 불량합니다.(창틀 같은곳, 먼지가 수북)

14층이 프론트 입니다. 엘리베이터 내리자마자 직원분께서 친절히 맞이해 주셨고, 평일 이라서 그럴수도 있겠지만 주차장은 충분히 여유로왔습니다. 주변 식당과 편의점은 건물과 연결 되어 있어서 편리 했습니다. 세면시설 모두 무료로 비치 되어 있고, 간단 조식도 포함 입니다. 청소 상태와 비품 정리도 깔끔 했습니다. 다만 샤워기 녹이 슬어 있어서 아쉬웠습니다. 비스니스호텔로는 가성비 매우 좋습니다.

숙소 예약 후 요청사항에 대한 답변도 메일남겨주시고 체크인시 혜택주셔서 감사했습니다. 정말 좋고 화려하지는 않지만 가성비면에서 저희 커플은 만족했어요. 호텔이 광안대교 뷰는 아니지만 광안리 해변가가 훤히 보이는 뷰를 갖고 있어서 나름 좋았습니다. 잘 쉬었다 갑니다:)

호텔방에서 보이는 전망도 무척 좋았고 침대도 편했다 하지만 침대 해드보드 위에 먼지는 청소가 안되었고 화장실에서 나오는 냄새도 무척 불편했다 펜트하우스를 예약한것이 후회스러웠다.밤새 밖에서 들리는 소음 떄문에 잠을 설기도 했다

음.. 창문에 열을 뺃겨, 밤에 엄청 추웠어요. 히터도 따로없고, 바닦 보일러는 있는데.. 그걸로는 방 전체 온도를 올리기엔 부족합니다. 그외엔 모두 괜찮았어요.

제가 소음에 예민한편이 아니지만 정말 시끄러웠습니다 바로옆이 바이킹같은 놀이시설이 있어서 끝날때까지 시끄러웠습니다 또한 오션뷰였지만 바로앞이 건물이라 커텐을 치고있어야했어서 제대로 보고있을수가없습니다 또한 호텔이라고하시는데 모텔처럼 세면도구를 카운터에서 주시니 당황스럽네요 방은 청결했지만 티슈통도 마사지그림있고 다시는 재방문할 의사는없습니다

호텔 선택에 도움이 되길..

제가 이용하면서 불편했던 점만 적어보겠습니다. 1. 체크인시 연박일경우 청소를 원한다고 얘기를 해야지만 청소가 된다는 말씀을 따로 주시지 않았습니다. 업무를 보고 방으로 들어오니 제가 나갔던 그대로 있더군요. 인포에 얘기하니 미리 얘기를 해주어야 청소가 들어가며 개인 짐이 없어질수도 있기 때문에 보통 말씀해주셔야 진행하고 있다 라고 말씀주셨는데.. 그런 선인포 없이 저는 물, 수건을 보충 받지 못한채로 그다음 날을 숙박하였습니다. 2. 샤워실의 배수가 최악으로 안됨. 샤워를 오래하는것도 아니고 한 10분 샤워를 하면 이미 홍수입니다. 배수가 안되는 부분은 꼭 수리하셔야 할것 같습니다. 3. 방음이 너무 안됩니다... 옆방 문 쾅쾅 닫는소리 부터 윗층 객실 대화하는 소리가 세세히 다 들릴정도였습니다.. 이렇게 들릴정도면 제 개인적인 통화내용도 옆방에서 들리지 않았을까 싶네요.. 호텔 디자인도 이쁘고 처음의 청결도, 주변지역과의 접근성은 매우 뛰어나나 서비스면에서 조금 불편했던점이 있어서 아쉬웠던 호텔입니다.
