This hotel is exactly as described. It gave me the peace and comfort during my 1st time in Busan. Everyone was great and the room is comfortable. I would definitely come again.

you honestly get what you pay for. we had a really nice terrace and view of the beach but the overall hotel and room was pretty bad. The room smells like nasty dirty sewer water and the smell doesnโ€™t leave because the scent is coming from the restroom/shower drains (itโ€™s disgusting), we asked the front desk for an extra pillow and they said they ran out and couldnโ€™t give us anymore. keep in mind each room comes with only 2 pillows. The hotel is on floor 13 & 14 and thereโ€™s only 2 elevators that takes you up therefore it takes a pretty long time to get one especially when people are calling it on their floor as well. the hotel experience wasnโ€™t that pleasant but if youโ€™re mainly there for the view then yes itโ€™s worth it but prepare for small inconveniences through your stay.

Was worried as this hotel didnโ€™t have reviews, but it was great! Room was exactly as pictured. Hinoki with window/beach view was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but nice to have included. A bit of a walk to transit but otherwise great value for the price - would definitely recommend.

The room was very pretty and it a beautiful view of the ocean however there was. Anaโ€™s smell from the bathroom that was pretty strong I think itโ€™s mild or something. Also the couple next door kept waking me up in the night with the woman moaning all night long. While thatโ€™s not the hotels fault they do have thin walls. It was awful and I was very tired and could not rest well at all. It was also very hot in the room and the ac controller on the wall was not turning the ac on and it wasnโ€™t comfortable.

The location and view are fantastic. The room itself is small but looks fairly good. However, keep in mind that this is not a typical hotel. As in it is only 2 floors of a mixed residential building and does not have almost any amenities. It feels more like two floors of airbnbs with a tiny front desk. The front desk refused to give us a remote for the aircon even though the room had no air circulation during winter time. They claimed it was unavailable during winter. I could not sleep in a stuffy room and contacted expedia. Once expedia stepped in they instantly gave us the aircon remote and it worked fine. We also asked for extra blankets and pillows, but they only gave us scratchy think blankets without any covers. Overall, if you are there just for a very short time, it will be fine. Just donโ€™t expect good service
