This is already a strong review—warm, specific, and credible. I’d mainly smooth a few phrases and tighten the breakfast/location sections: Anook means “cozy”… and our stay was COZY! The staff was courteous and helpful, the hotel and facilities were clean, and our room was exactly as pictured and described. We booked the Deluxe Junior Suite and found it comfortable, spacious enough for our needs, and a perfect fit for our stay. Earlier in our trip, we had stayed at another hotel in Haeundae that did not meet our expectations, so Anook Resort & Spa was a very welcome change. If you enjoy a simple Korean/Asian-style breakfast, I recommend the breakfast buffet. Booking breakfast in advance as part of your hotel package saves about 25%. There were also baked goods and fruit available. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the main Haeundae shopping area and the beach, with a large variety of restaurants, shops, and conveniences nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Anook again when we return to Busan!

For the price and location, this is highly recommended. Little details i appreciate: Tatami flooring that is heated Pillow is ergonomic friendly Bluetooth speaker that gives great vibe to the room The main door light sensor was a little off. It switched on and off with no reason. Check in and check out were quick and easy. They have DIY system. They have 2 buildings. Be sure to know which one your room is located

The staff is very helpful and amazing to work with even with a language barrier and using Papago for translation. They helped resolve a couple issues I had. So very courteous, kind, helpful. The place is clean and breakfast is good.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. One of the male reception staff members was quite hectic and stressful to deal with. Whenever issues were raised, there always seemed to be an excuse rather than a genuine effort to resolve them. The bathroom was also a major problem. The toilet was clogged, causing water and other things to overflow and spread across the bathroom floor. Noise was another significant issue throughout my stay. There appears to be little to no soundproofing between the rooms and hallways. I could hear virtually everything – conversations, doors, footsteps, and other guest activities. Getting a good night's sleep was very difficult because of the constant noise. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance, poor sound insulation, and unsatisfactory customer service made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

물품들이 다 새거긴한데.. 1층에는 상자같은게 쌓여있어서 아직 완성되지못한 시설같은 느낌이 있었고, 숙소안 테이블은 바닥높이가 맞지않는지 끄덕끄덕거렸고, 자쿠지 안에는 하얗게 비누같이 말라 있었고, 화장대선반에는 하얀먼지가 쌓여있었습니다. 커텐도 노끈으로 묶여있었고, 화장실수압도 너무 약해서 한번 막혔었는데, 뚫어뻥으로 스스로 뚫어야한다고 하였고.. 입실시간이 8pm인것도 좀.. 7시쯤 전화해보니 입실가능하다해서 들어가긴했지만.. 몇십만원인 숙소에 잠만자러 간다고 생각하면 아까움. 샤워실,화장실문이 실루엣보이는 그런 유리문이라서, 부모님이랑 갔는데... 불편했습니다.. 직원분은 한분 계셨는데 매우 친절하였고, 핸드워시, 샴푸,린스,바디워시는 전부다있었습니다. 바닥도 금방 따뜻해졌고, 베게도 라텍스베게라서 편했습니다.
