Etwas versteckte, aber gute Lage in Haeundae. Das Zimmer ist recht klein und hat durch das bodentiefe Doppelstockbett höhlenartigen Charakter. Das Badezimmer ist voller Schimmel. Hier hat jemand das ganze Bad inkl. Fliesen mit Latexfarbe übergemalt und wegen Feuchtigkeit und fehlender Heizung gammelt es jetzt flächendeckend. Nicht schön! Das Zimmer selbst hat eine gute Fußbodenheizung und eine Klimaanlage, also Sommer wie Winter super. Es gibt eine Küche. Personal Ist selten anzutreffen, Kontakt über WhatsApp oder Telefon.

WORST. I arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and tried to do check in but there were no stuffs. I found the calling card on the door of the office and called the number many times but the call does not get through. I had no choise but to take a room at the other hotel around there. One day later, there is no contact from them. They should be cr00k.

安く済ますならOK

4畳半ぐらいの狭い部屋で二段ベッド。トイレとシャワー、洗面所が二畳ぐらい。オンドル付きとりあえず安く泊まるならいいと思う。韓国は夜遅くまで遊ぶし、寝るだけなので問題ないかな。壁は薄いので隣の人の声が聞こえる。海雲台駅からかなり近いし、釜山一と言われているパン屋や、ご飯屋、市場などがあり便利です。

excellent location, clean room

Room - big enough for a single traveler like me, may be a little cramped for 2 medium-sized persons with luggage. very clean room. Bed - thin mattress but comfortable enough for me. clean mattress, pillow and blanket. Bathroom - clean, a little cramped for a medium-sized guy like me, especially when showering. water pressure and heater are good. Others - clean towels, working cable TV and WiFi. Location - excellent location, 3 mins walk from metro station and to Haeundae beach. surrounded by eateries, restaurants, cafe, convenience stores.

1년쯤전에 묵었네요.

방에는 천장에서 곰팡이 냄새가 조금 났는데 화장실에서는 이거 독이다 싶을 정도의 곰팡이 냄새가 진동해서 세수도 급하게 샤워는 공중 목욕탕 갔어요. 수건도 냄새 나서 가지고간 손수건 썼습니다.. 좋은 가격 훌륭한 위치지만 두 번 묵지 않을듯.

Overall - worth for price, but would not come back

별도 체크인 절차가 없음. 주차공간이 없어서 매우 불편했음. 호텔 홈페이지상 보여지는 현지,외지,외국인 투숙객간의 파티 분위기는 전혀 없음. 열쇠가 안열림 [Pros] - Location, Price (if you need to park, do not choose here, it's 15k-25k KRW to park other places nearby) [Cons] - There is no such a check-in process, Because there was no staff working on-site, I had to help some Spanish guest who was confused at the entrance. No parking lot. This is not an Mr.egg concept hostel, i don't know why they are using the image. The price is fair. Private toilet is extremely small. Hope there is a rack or hanger for clothes in the toilet. The images shown in the homepage can easily misguide you, there is no such party/friendly/mingling atmosphere at all. Door-lock needs to be fixed, it took 3 minutes to lock/unlock.

해운대역, 해운대바다등 인접한 최고의 게하

저렴한 가격에 케이블TV까지들어오며 개인 난방과 따뜻한물의 제대로된공급 더불어 전용 화장실이 있다는 점이 매우 매력적이였으며 깔끔하고 입구에 나와 왼쪽으로 가면 유명한 국밥집이 바로 코앞이였다. 더베이까지는 남자 두명이서 해안가를 따라 걸어 약 20분? 미만으로 다녀왔으며 회같은경우 해운대시장에서 3만원어치 시키고 배불리 먹었다 (저녁은 게스트하우스에서 추천해주는 고기집에가서 남자둘이 고기3인분에 1인된장찌개+공기밥2개 소주한병이였고 바로 앞에 밀면집에서 물밀면하나 시켜먹었다) 아무쪼로 저렴한 가격에 최대의 혜택을 받았다. ***중요*** 입구에 주인이 상주하고 있지 않다, 좀더 들어오면 문에 쪽지가 붙어있으니 쪽지를 보고 방으로 가면된다.

저렴하고 아늑함 좋음

편안하고 따뜻했습니다. 가격도 저렴하고 욕실 생각보다 깨끗했어요~ 난방도 잘 됩니다. 바다가 가까워서 밤산책 가기도 좋았어요. 편의점도 가까이에 있고 주위에 식당도 많아요. 다만 입구가 좀 후미진 곳에 있어요.

員工服務態度okay 但係設施真係麻麻拖鞋係爛嘅然後間房唔知係冇暖氣定係我地搵唔到廁所有d細 guesthouse辦公時間竟然係11點至4點即係4點後有咩問題都唔可以搵員工幫手特別我地打唔到韓國電話有咩野都打唔到比佢地問但係交通都方便嘅近海雲台沙灘

가성비 때문에 감수할 수 있다면...

해운대역에서 가까고 바닷가가 가까운 좋음. 사실 한국 게스트하우스는 처음인데 해안가 흔한 민박 같음. 옛날가정집을 리모델링하여 민박집을 만들어서 새것같지만 전반적으로 낡았음....^^ 성수기가 아니라서 그런지 전화통화만 하고 퇴실때까지 주인분을 아예 얼굴 한번 보지 못했음. 처음 들어갔을 때 난방이 되어 있지 않아서 스스로 난방기기 찾아서 해결함... 그러나 전반적인 시설낙후에도 불구하고 저렴하기 때문에 무조건 나쁘다고 할 수 없음.

2인실 2박동안 사용했는데 저렴한 가격에 조용한 분위기 넘넘 좋았습니다.^^ 게스트하우스도 깔끔한 편이구요. 주변사람들에게 적극추천이에요.ㅎㅎ 2인실 아늑하고 넘 좋았어요!

하룻밤 잘잤습니다

사장님이 처음에 갔을때부터 친절히 맞아주시고 설명을 잘해주셔서 감사했습니다. 룸 자체는 넓지않지만 내부에 화장실도 있고 이용하는데 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 방에 창문이 없어서 좀 답답할 수는 있습니다. 방에 있는 거울이 보고 화장을 하기에는 좀 작아서 그건 아쉬웠습니다. 할인할 때 예약을 했는데 결론적으로 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소였습니다!
