Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return.

Meh

The staff are wonderful. The hotel is a little dated and shabby and our room smelled of stale smoke.

There’s a busy rail line right next door which is noisy for long hours. No guest laundry. Very expensive parking next door. No hotel parking. No signage for hotel on access ally. No guest laundry or service. Grimy seat upholstry in bar. Water damaged and broken cabinetry in bathroom of room. Wrong meal delivered in restaurant. Waited 30 minutes to sit in restaurant despite only 3 tables occupied because “there’s only one cook”.
