Çok memnun kaldım

Bursa’nın en büyük termal havuzu bu oteldeymiş, SPA bölümü gerçekten keyifliydi. Otel temizdi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlardı. Özellikle resepsiyondaki/bellboy bey çok yardımcı oldu her şeyimiz taşıdı. Ailem ile tercih ettim . Bursa’ya gelirsem tekrar burayı tercih edeceğim

Otel merkezi bir yerde güzel butik bir otel. Odalar yenilebilir daha güzel olabilir. Spa hamam,restoran çalışanları hep Güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Soğuk bi zamanda geldiğimiz için oda ısısı biraz daha fazla olabilirdi. 2 gün sakin sessiz dinlendik. Kahvaltısı çeşit çok yeterliydi.

Hôtel avec personnel très sympa dans l’ensemble. Dommage que certains équipements comme les ascenseurs soient aussi vieux (très lents). Piscine agréable, un peu trop chauffée pour nager. Pas de possibilité de massage pour homme, dommage. Accès à salle de sport fermé. Petit déjeuner varié, manque un jus d’orange naturel. Merci
