It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Very well located. Staff friendly and helpful. However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. Also in the bathroom, the ventilator was making a high pitched squeaky noise.so overall rooms could benefit from some improvement.

odamız gittiğimizde hazır değildi. 1 saat lobide bekledik. resepsiyon görevlisi ercan bey yorgunluktan mıdır nedir bezmiş bir tavrı vardı. oteldeki sorun neyse her gelene kırk yılda olan bir durum oda bugün oldu diyordu. asansör arızalıydı. insanları servis asansöründen önce restoran a (7. kat) sonra yangın merdiveninden aşağı odalarına yönlendirdiler. odanın genel temizliği çok kötüydü. halıda yürüdükçe kalkan toz fenaydı. yastıklar terle karışık sigara kokuyordu. duvarların ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü yan odadakilerin özel hayatına ait tüm sesleri duyduk. kadın erkek bayağı bir yakın ilişki içindeydi. otelin önünde kendi otopark yeri mevcuttu. arabayı uzak bir noktaya parketmiştim. otelden arabamla çıkmadan önce görevliye tek araçlık boş yeri gösterip inşallah araç gelmez ben gelince dedim. oda gelecek. patronumuzun aracını parkedeceğiz dedi. öncelik patronmuş demekki otelde müşteri değil. gece geldiğimde otelin önü bomboştu. aracımı parkettim. otelin içindeki kafede çalışan arkadaş anahtarımı aldı. niye diye sordum. bazen ileri geri yapmak yada aracı almak gerekiyor dedi. sabah aracım parkettiğim yerde duruyordu. otelin bendeki 2 artısı birincisi kahvaltısı çoğu otele göre gayet iyiydi. ikinci olarak konumu gayet iyiydi. gün içindeki işlerimi yürüyerek çözdüm.

Konum olarak merkeze çok yakın. Kahvaltı gerçekten çok iyi ve açık büfe, her sabah yenileniyor tek eksisi omlet vs. İçin soğuk olması diyebilirim. Odalar temiz siz dilediğinizde gün içinde temizliyorlar. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgili, her zaman yardımcı olmaya açıklar. Bizim konaklamış olduğumuz oda 103 numaraydı ve otelin havalandırma merkezinin hemen yanıydı bu bölüme neden oda koymuş olduklarını anlamadım, çok gürültülü ve penceler bozuk sürekli soğuk giriyor odanıza. Pencere tam kapanmadığı için bütün sesi içeride dinliyorsunuz gece yatarken sıkıntı olabilecek bir durum. Yani gelirseniz bu numaralı odada kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Otelde spa ve hamam var fakat ekstra ücrete tabi dışarıdan da randevu alanlar gelebiliyor sürekli dolu o yüzden biz yararlanamadık.

Oda sigara kokuyordu. Tek parça bir yatak istememe rağmen, iki yatak birleştirilmişti ve bu tabii ki rahatsızdı. Banyoda çok yoğun bir rutubet kokusu vardı. Ayrıca banyo kapısı çok gürültülü açılıyordu, sanki her an düşecek gibiydi. Bir de tüm odalarda banyo kapılarının cam olması ve yanlardan boşluklar bulunması nedeniyle, banyoda neler olduğunu az çok görmek mümkün. Bu yüzden pek konforlu ve rahat değildi. Ama resepsiyondaki Şahin Bey’e teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonraki gece için standart odamızı Superior odayla değiştirdi ve orası çok daha konforluydu. Evet, banyo kapısı yine aynıydı ama büyük bir yatağın olması ve en azından biraz şehir manzarasının bulunması, genel izlenimimizi kesinlikle iyileştirdi

Odadaki yatağın iki tane tekli yatağın bileşimi şeklinde olması çok rahatsız etti çünkü orta kısmı boşluktu birde kahvaltı için çıktığımız restoran kısmı terasta idi ve buz gibiydi bunun dışında en büyük sıkıntımız otopark yok bayağı uzağa parkettik bu saydıklarımın dışında çok başarılı buldum kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ama yazdıklarım olmasa mükemmel diyebilirim

Fiyat performans bir otel, Konum olarak merkeze yakın. araç ile toplu taşıma ile şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz güzel bir hava olsa yürüyerek veya toplu taşıma ile de gidilebilir. Oda küçük valiz açtığınızda adım atacak bir yer kalmıyor. duş aldığınızda banyoyu bir anda su basıyor. Biz uyumak için kullandık. O anlamda konforluydu. Sıcak suyu vardı. Fön makineleri arızalıydı. Üfleme yapmıyordu. dolap kapakları tam olarak açılmıyordu. Işıklar arızalıydı. Yanıp yanıp sönüyorlardı. Odalarda sesler birbirine karışıyordu.
