The room was not silent: we could hear everything from somebody’s else restroom. Moreover, our room was quite rundown. On another topic, the rooftop restaurant was closed for hotel guests but we were not told during check-in so, after a visit to the city centre, we came back to the hotel specifically for the rooftop restaurant but we could not use it. If we knew we would have dined downtown.

Ancak boş oda var ancak 40 Euro verirseniz alırım demesi bence sıfır not almasına yeterli. Müşteri memnuniyeti bu şekilde olmamalı.
