Hiç tevsiye etmiyorum baştan söylüyorum, jakuzili bi oda aldık normalda akşam geç geldik diye çalıştırmadık sabah çalıştırılım diye , sabah çalıştırırken bozuk çıktı su her yere fırlatıyor oda havuz gibi oldu elbiseler ıslandı , aradım danışmaya sonra bi ekip gönderdiler ekibi gelip kapatıp su açtılar kaçtılar bi şey yapmadan demeden , yarım saat geçti bi daha aradım ne olacak şimdi nasıl olacak sordum tmm dediler yönlendirecez dediler ama gelen giden yok , en azından bi oda değişimi yada üzür dilemek bile yok , ilgisizlıktan başka bi değil

Herşey kelimenin tam anlamıyla mükemmeldi. Nişanlımla yıldönümümüzü kutlamak için otelde iiki gece konakladık. Hamamından tutun saunaya buhar odasına açık büfe kahvaltısına dağ manzaralı odasına kadar tepeden tırnağa harikaydı. Odamız tertemizdi ve resepsiyon çalışanları bizimle çok iyi ilgilendiler. Aynı şekilde housekeeper hanfendiler de çok naziklerdi. 5 yıldız az bile kalır. Kesinlikle tercih edin asla pişman olmazsınız

Spa ayrı bir işletme ve çok dar, spa-otel ilişkisi rahat değil -- dermeçatma. Spa açısından tavsiye etmem. Otelin kendisi temiz, geniş ve ferah çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. Ama asansör konusu çok sorunlu (bütün otel ve çalışanlar için tek bir asansör var). İkinci asansör yapıyorlardı, ama spa asansörü bozuktu, soğukta dışarıdan yürüyüp gelmek zorunda kaldık, spada yıkanmış olsak hasta olurduk kesin. Sadece açık havuz var kışları kapalı. Bence kendilerini spa otel olarak tanıtmamalılar, normal bir otel olarak gitsem daha yüksek puan verirdim. WiFi yok denecek kadar kötüydü bizim odada.

Ailemle konakladım çok memnun kaldım, temizlik, havuz, sauna mükemmeldi. Personelleri çok güler yüzlüydü. Kapalı açık otopark olmasınıda ayrıda beğendim. Bursa’ya tekrar yolum düşerse mutlaka burda konaklayacağım.
