The house is a very pretty, old house with nice arches. The rooms are, though small, tastefully furnished.( Clothes hangers would be useful) The reception was very friendly and there was always someone around for questions. Unfortunately, the smoke from the Cafe penetrated in our room, so it smelled throughout the night. There were fruit, egg, cheese and vegetables for breakfast, fries and other warm dishes were already cold when we arrived. The sea is very close, also a bunch of nice restaurants and cafés.

Sadece oda biraz küçük geriye kalan herşey için teşekkürler, bence Bursa bölgesi için kalınabilecek en güzel yerlerden. Mudanya sakin bir yer ama gideceğiz yerlere araba ile yakın ve trafik pek olmuyor. Oteldeki genç arkadaş da çok ilgili müşterilere karşı ona ayrı teşekkür ederim ilginiz için. Otelin konsepti de güzel Osmanlı dönemini andırıyor. Klima cihazının kapağı olsa havayı yönlendirebilsek çok iyi olurdu ikinci eksi durumu buydu. F/p kesinlikle değer.

Biz rezervasyonu yaptırdığımız gün gelemedik. Aynı gün aramamıza rağmen sağ olsunlar yardımcı oldular, girişimizi sonraki haftaya kaydırdılar. Otelin restorasyonunu çok beğendim. Bizimle ilgilenen arkadaş kendisi tasarlamış. Odamız da kahvaltı salonu da gayet temizdi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Çocuklar da biz de güzel bir kahvaltı yaptık. Personel ilgili ve nazikti. Biz gayet memnun olarak ayrıldık. Yolumuz düşerse tekrar tercih ederiz.

Bir günlük Mudanya gezimizde tercih ettiğimiz Araz Otel, kesinlikle tercih edebileceğiniz bir aile işletmesi. Toplam 8 odalı otelin tek aile odasında bir gece kaldık, odalar küçük ama temiz, sabah kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi. Kafedeki Pelit sobasinin verdiği sıcaklıkla hoş bir akşam geçirdik. Mudanya da bir gece geçirmek ve gezmek isteyenlerin daha lüks bir yeri aramasına bence hiç gerek yok. Kafedeki ikramları ve hoş sohbeti nedeniyle Ali Bey'e ayrıca teşekkürler..

Otel gayet sessiz ve temizdi.Calisanlar ilgili ve nazikti.ozellikle yatak ve carsaflarin temizligi benim icin cok onemli olmakla birlikte bir sonraki Mudanya gezim icin tercihim yine ayni otel olacaktır.

Otelin konumu gayet iyi, yürüyüş için ideal. Otelin sahibi ve çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çok iyi insanlar. İkram sahibi ve engin gönüllüler. Oda eski mimari tarzında döşenmiş, estetik içerikli. Kahvaltı daha geliştirilebilir. Ev küçük ve diğer konuklarla iç içe samimi bir atmosferde olduğu için, yan odadaki ve giren çıkanların birbiri aralarındaki samimi ve ilgi çekici seslerini odanızdan duyabilirsiniz. Artık zevkinize göre bunları bir tür fon olarak da algılayabilirsiniz. Benim ortam sesi engelleyici kulaklığım var her derde deva.

küçük ama güzel bir odaydi biraz detay temizlik ve bakım istiyor otel çok temiz sigara kokusu yok ses gürültü yok ayrı kafe si var 2 kişi icin mükemmel bir deneyim oldu tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle geleceğim denemenizi tavsiye ederim biz çok memnun kaldık çalışan kişiler de çok ilgili nazik ve anlayışlı insanlardı kahvaltı da yeterliydi.

1 gece kaldık otel ambiyans olarak çok güzeldi. Oda aynı görsellerdeki gibiydi ve temizdi. Güzel bir deneyimdi tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir yer. Tuğba hanıma ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz :)

Çift kişilik yatak diye söylediğimiz iki ayrı yatağa yanyana girmişler ve arada boşluk vardı söylediğimizde şaşırdılar ve odayı değiştiremeyeceklerini söylediler araya havlu vesaire gibi ürünler sermelerini rica ettik, kırmadılar.
