I like that it’s so close to the town centre, close to heritage ruins too. The room is very spacious, old but looked after well. The only experience that was a bit annoying was the checking in process. The guy who called me was rather grumpy. Sure I didn’t see his previous email asking for address, and I don’t mind contactless check in but just the way he answered when I asked some questions, he was rather defensive. He must have thought I was being difficult but I was only asking questions.

Was ok until the cleaner aggressively knocked on our door 20 mins prior checkout time. She then had walked off when we opened it! Then knocked at the door again 10 mins prior checkout and said you going? Did the same to my daughter had the room next door to us and her door was open as she was packing the car up to leave and the cleaner walked straight into her room, where my daughter was nearly knocked over as she was carrying stuff to her car. Ruined the whole experience of staying there. We were out prior checkout time of 10! Could understand if they were waiting for us or we’d slept in! No need for rudeness and aggression!

One night at excellent motel.

Excellent motel, good size room, Burra Creek just down from our back door with very friendly ducks on it. Indoor heated pool. Is the only motel in town.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Burra Motor Inn. It was clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. It was a nice surprise when we opened the back door to see the Burra river with friendly ducks roaming the property. We would highly recommend staying at the Burra Motor Inn.
