Staff were friendly on arrival and checked in with no issues. The room was perfect for our needs and clean upon arrival. The mattress was a little hard for my liking. Didn’t have breakfast due to the limited options and timings. Plenty of nice places to eat in the high street.

Known this place for few years...Room was fresh but toilet did not flush and bed was like a camp bed mattress and feeling the springs as you lay on it. The food in the restaurant is good but breakfast was lacking. Asked for well done bacon and got a bacon biscuit and cremated within an inch of its life......I would not say its a bad place but attention to detail need to be applied.

The hotel was fine, and the only reason for a lower rating was the noise at night. It was some sort of boiler or extractor that turned on throughout the night every half hour and resulted in an awful nights sleep.
