I was on a solo trip with my dog and had a pleasant stay at this motel. I was gone for most of the day and in that sense my stay was perfect.

There are very limited hotel/motel options in this area. It is an older facility. Bedding was good. However the tub ran continuously keeping my wife awake all evening and the sink would not drain properly. It is conveniently located in reasonable proximity to the Burney Falls which is a must see if staying here.

Good location if you are going to Burney Falls or Lassen National Park. However, I would not recommend this motel. Sheets were dirty and there was a big hole in them. There was hair on the shower wall. The check-in lady was friendly and helpful though.

We had a nice stay at this place.Clean and friendly staff.The only thing that needed some improvement is the wifi.I wish it is more faster ,I couldn’t connect to it, the wifi is slow.I have ATNT so my signal is poor in the area.But over all we really enjoyed our stay.Very conformable bed and pillows. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
