Very easy check in and front desk staff always easy to find to assist with needs. Breakfast had many options for all, however would have been helpful to have more staff to man the refills of food, coffee, utensils, serving dishes and to clean used tables for the high demand of guests on the weekends!
Pool and Workout room looked Amazing but we did not use.
As far as room quality, very comfortable, clean rooms however the AC needs tweaking. The air goes down to 68 degrees but then shuts off in the middle of the night and not sure why but would then come back on later unless you manually turned it on again.
With all that said would stay again!
Everything was great. Only reason I gave them. 4 stars was because the day I checked in their system went down and they could not make key cards. I have to wait for someone to let me into the room.

Disliked: Amenities
Walls extremely thin. Downstairs could hear every move my child made and complained. I could hear everything my neighbor said and did. I was near ice machine so that was something that came through walls all night. For some reason air unit was very loud it would click on and off at night making us jump. Newer hotel so odd we had white towels with stains. I went to get 24hr coffee a few times it was empty. I am missing an iPhone charger after being gone all day. Staff was nice enough I can’t say anyone really went above and beyond for us. Especially seeing a mother and small child on Mother’s Day weekend. Most of the front staff was very nice. A few didn’t speak at all. That’s my honest review.
