Staff was polite & attentive I stayed 7 days for a lovely Vermont vacation with my 3 kids and husband. Felt safe the whole stay was located on the 3rd floor , worked out great for us .

Smart Suites was wonderful! Staff was very friendly, property was slightly outdated but nonetheless clean and ideal! Continental breakfast was wonderful. It was an easy drive to DT Burlington. Our suite had a kitchen and was quite large compared to other hotels. Cozy 70’s vibe. Definitely recommend!

Room design is casual and comfortable. Housekeeping is proud of their work - as the cleanliness and attention to details was evident. Lots of natural light once the curtains are drawn.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast had decent options. Overall very clean. Removed a star because 1) we heard tons of foot traffic from upstairs neighbors at all hours, 2) there were people sleeping in their car in the parking lot along with a couple other randomly hanging out close to the hotel that appeared to be vagrants, and 3) the gym did not appear to have a/c and was very hot and stuffy.

Our suite was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Hotel was quiet and we were grateful to have found a pet-welcome hotel. We stayed for four nights; on the second and third nights, we could smell cigarette smoke coming through a vent into the shower/toilet part, which was rather unpleasant. Had to keep the door shut.

Perfect pit stop

Average, perfect for a 1 night pit-stop. You get all the basics, no bells and whistles. Bed is huge, so that’s a plus. Parking is also great.
