This is the perfect little hotel suite that was very clean and very spacious. The staff was great! Slightly beginning to get outdated but it's perfect for what we needed! We will be back again. Also the hot breakfast was delicious!

We loved our stay at Smart Suites. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room very clean. Breakfast had fresh fruit. (Also, the Italian restaurant next door was excellent, with extremely reasonable pricing. They do real cooking of delicious Italian food).

The hotel looks like it's was recently renovated and they're was some minor work going on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast offered the usual variety of breads. Bagels, waffles and sausage.

The staff were wonderful. I sprained my ankle while downtown and they came to my rescue when getting back from the emergency room with a bag of ice, a wheelchair and an ace bandage. Very helpful.

The hotel is in need of some major tlc! The carpet needed attention and the rooms smelled. We moved from one that had a mold smell to another that had an unidentifiable smell. The beds were clean and comfortable. We would not stay there again

The property was conveniently located and surrounded by retail stores and dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. However the room was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, not all electric outlets were working and the hair dryer was also not working…luckily I brought my own. Lack of attention to detailed cleaning as we found cobwebs near the air conditioner and under the lamp shades.

Our stay was very nice and would stay at this hotel again! Our room was upgraded and was a very nice surprise to start our getaway. The continental breakfast was hot and fresh every morning of our stay. Staff was very kind and quick when needing assistance. The room was very clean and spacious. Stayed for UVM graduation weekend. The staff at check in were very friendly and accommodating. Prices are always high on these types of weekends and didn’t have high expectations. The ice maker in my fridge wasn’t working and when I asked a housekeeper about it, they sent some right up. So it’s a bit dated, but the room was very clean and spacious. I didn’t need the kitchenette, but it was perfect if you did.

The room was great. I loved the set up and had little to no issues. The pool area and hot tub were great ,except for the walk in the cold. I would definately recommend this hotel and would book at this hotel again for sure. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t need to cook. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was basic, nothing exciting basics to get you started.
