The staff was lovely, the rooms were spacious, accommodating and clean . The location of the hotel is convenient (about a 4-5 min drive from the airport and close to expressways. The only minor complaint I have is walls and floors seem kind of thin as I could hear people’s TV and walking on the floor above me. This wasn’t a huge problem as most people weren’t incredibly loud but other than that I’d definitely stay at this establishment again if I were to ever visit Vermont again.

This was a warm and welcoming place to stay! From the personalized greeting on the TV screen when I entered the room, to finding out there was free shuttle service for pick-up and returning to the airport. Also the breakfast with SO many homemade items(muffins etc) and quiches, plus healthy options like oatmeal and fresh fruit. Even giving me two bottles of cold complimentary water when checking in! They went above and beyond what I’m used to at hotels, and it was MUCH appreciated!

There is so much I like about Homewood Suites in general. When available, this chain (and this location in Burlington) have been my go-to. My issue is that Homewood Suites now has some sort of monitor installed in all their rooms that has an incredibly bright light - bright to the point it interferes with sleeping. The room is completely illuminated. Add to this the lights that are now part of the outlets in the sink area, which is right next to the beds. One of the primary functions of a hotel room is to let people have a good-night's sleep, and it's no longer possible without an eye mask. Other than this, I think this is a great facility. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and the facility is clean and conveniently located to the UVM campus and shopping in the area. If you can sleep with lights on, you will have no issue. If you need a dark room to sleep, bring your eye mask.
