I liked cleanliness and location very much. Room was standard. The AC was extremely loud and sounded like an old cranking train engine, as if it was rusty and wanted to break down. Which it finally did on my second night. I woke up to 83 degrees F in the room and despite trying to navigate the touch pad of AC controls nothing happened. Since I was leaving that day I didn’t care all that much but still. Not so great. I’d say it was an ok stay.

Everything at this location was perfect. The one small issue is the room did not have a fully working fridge. However besides that, the room was beautiful. The location was great. The lobby and amenities were gorgeous. And most importantly the staff! In specific, Ousmane at the front desk, Jane at the breakfast location and Harrison at the Restaurant. They made our stay unforgettable!

This is a very nice property with excellent location and amenities. We skipped the restaurant because it seemed pricey for what it was. My main disappointment was that the lobby snack shop was out of Diet Coke, and there were no other diet drinks available other than ginger ale. The manager seemed completely unconcerned, as if nothing could be done. You are making hundreds of percent profit on each soda sold; if I was the manager, I would have an employee go to the nearest grocery store to pick up some more diet soft drinks. Beyond that, one of the beers I requested was not in stock immediately wherever those are stored, so someone had to go to the restaurant to get one. The wait for her return was quite long, like 5 minutes.
