The exterior was updated & well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was an extra bonus & the coffee & grab and go breakfast snacks were just what we needed. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Only negative was the outdated bedspreads, tile, and decor. The location was fantastic. If you are looking for an affordable stay in a great accessible location near UVM this will do the trick.

Easy spot to get to anything in Burlington. The staff was really friendly and had snacks and little breakfast treats which was a nice surprise. The rooms are very dated, and I saw two small roaches, but it was a rainy weekend which brings those types of bugs in. Overall it was a reasonable price during race weekend in Burlington, I appreciated the proximity to the expo, to UVM for a Vermont Green game, and to the airport for easy access.

May not have the amenities of a 5-star hotel but it within shopping complexes and nice restaurants. The gym and pool are not in good conditions, but the staffs are great!

Simply put was just old, a little bit of an old smell, shower barely worked, etc. It was the cheapest in Burlington and I slept fine. I might stay again if it is just me but I wouldn't s book it if taking my spouse who's standards are a bit higher

The hotel is old and needs maintenance. It was smelling old and dirty. The bathroom was super small, old 60-70 style. We just stay for sleep we didn’t care for others things.
