Staff was friendly but the place needs a deep clea

The room was not clean, dirt in the corners of the tiles in the bathroom, and the sheets and bedspread were not clean. There were dead spiders in the light fixture, and only bath towels…no washcloths or hand towels, no Kleenexes, and some of the outlets didn’t work. The breakfast in the morning was good with a variety of food choices.

Upon entry , it looked like a nice place to lodge. The desk clerk was absolutely efficient and very friendly. The morning Clerk and breakfast attendant was absolutley efficient and friendly! Now, onto the bad part of the story. Upon entry into the room the reality unfolded: door was patched with bondo, curtains were falling off, bathroom was very dirty, the bathtub was dirty, bedcovering had visible stains and dirty spots on white covering. It was a very unrestful night as people in the room across the hall were running in and out of the room slamming the door and talking very loudly from midnight until 4 am. These people went to the front many times and it is hard to believe the staff did not notice or do anything about. We will not be staying there again.

I could stay again.

The room was clean. The couch was terribly uncomfortable. And as seems to be the case for hotels with indoor pools, it was out of order and couldn’t be used. The safety lock on the inside of the door was only half there. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.

The first time I’ve stayed in this hotel, their hot tub was open. But when I visited the hotel twice recently their hot tub was closed but their pool was open. Would I stay there next time if I’m in Burlington? Maybe, because of the price. If they want a definite yes from me, I would recommend them to reopen their hot tub

Not dirty, but VERY outdated and barely working

Friendly staff, quiet (abandons) area. The pool and dining area appeared to be rented out? to an outside family- limiting the availability to us. The lamps, doors, toilets and other room furnishings are mismatched or horribly run down, as if they were purchased from random hotels going out of business. continental breakfast was your typical items- but everything was cold- I don’t think the food warmers were working.
