“Property was as described , very clean and well supplied with a beautiful ocean view. Location is convenient but on a very steep hill so not really walkable and a challenge to pull in/ out of driveway with neighbors’s cars as close as possible to edges of driveway. “The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio.
