Very clean and tidy throughout. We had a lovely room with a terrace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Burgos. There is a large secure garage which accommodates European family saloons. Note you must draw up to the hotel and unload. Park in the garage and return up the hill via the stairs. But for us it was 5 star

I stayed one night at the hotel with my 3-year-old son and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, and it was a special moment as we had it entirely to ourselves. The room’s terrace was clean and pleasant, especially nice to relax on at night. We had our 2 dogs with us. The garden room was perfect. The hotel were excellent regarding our pets. The location was perfect for the sights. The garage was tight to drive into but we wanted secured parking.

Not as good as our normal stay, no welcome drink which apparently you only get when booking directly. They’ve removed the coffee machines from the rooms which is a shame. Bed felt more uncomfortable than previous stay too. Clean and convenient, nice bathroom but a shame the experience of staying here has declined.
