“Basic but comfortable, local enough to the promenade. Could do with a fan in the room or even air con ( in the summer I would pay more for air con) would have had brekkie but it's starts a bit late for us as we had an early start. Nice enough for an overnight stay.”

“The room was fine, position was near the front so didn’t have to go far to get to the main strip. Breakfast was fabulous the bacon and sausage were cooked to perfection, and all of it was hot,you could also have cereal and yogurt,also vegetarian if you prefer.Linda and Rob were lovely very friendly, couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be returning.👍”

“A return visit to this wonderful B&B. The accommodation was comfortable and relaxing and we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. We needed an early breakfast as we were visiting Cadwell Park and Jo our host was kind enough to provide this. Thank you once again for a most enjoyable stay.”

“The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value.”

“We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!”
