The landscape was neat and clean. The room was a double with just the basic necessities for a one-night stay. When I walked into the room it had just been cleaned and had the most pleasant smell. It was also very quiet in the building; not a lot of door slamming or noisy people. The bed was clean and mattress comfortable. Suitable for a quick trip in and out!!! Hotel staff and workers were pleasant and friendly.

This is one of several times I've stayed here. Everything I said is true , but it's a work in progress on the outside. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, air conditioner was great. Price value was awesome 👍.

Not a lot of places close but restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. The town of Bunkie itself had quite a few restaurants. Pool has no water so kids kinda bummed. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles fruit cereal. Room was decent and clean. Staff was friendly.

The staff was Awesome!! Diana did her Best to make us comfortable when the heaters didn't work in our 1st room. A lot of cosmetics and updating is needed. Housekeeping and MANTAINENCE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. IF the ROOMS would be like Diana it would be a 5 star hotel.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Other than that, I have no positives. The pool and workout room were both out of order. The property is very old and in bad need of an update. Carpets are stained, bathtubs rusty, lamps rusty. Breakfast has a coffee pot, waffle maker, cereal, and apples/bananas, that's it. The only reason we stayed is that it's the only hotel around, and we needed to stay in this area. Would not stay here again.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was a bit skimpy. Waffles and cold cereals are your only choices. No juice or anything.

Desk personnel: efficient, friendly. Housekeeping: clean and neat. It's an older motel. Carpet is stained throughout. Çarpet teeth were bare at the bathroom threshold. Ouch! Drapes were mended with electrical tape. There was no stopper for tub or sink, eliminating the bath and handwashing items in sink. Breakfast bar limited to waffles, apples, 3 sugary cereals and milk,, decafcaffeine coffee,

Staff was nice and friendly. I arrived very late to the property so I didn’t want to cause a big deal. There was lots of bugs on the furniture, I didn’t see anything when I went to sleep but when I woke up the same bugs were on the bed. The room smell weird as well.

Friendly staff subpar rooms.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The clerk that checked me in had to reactivate my key card and was more than happy to do so. My room had a musty. There were stains on the bedding. When the clerk was made aware of it, she was more than happy and apologetic. She provided me with fresh bedding. The bathtub had a dingy bath mat in it and hair in it as well. When asked, the clerk provided the option for an alternate room. I took that room. It was better. I asked about an iron and housekeeping gladly provided it to me. The check in and check out processes were seamless.

Nice stay

Nice and clean. Nice staff. Only complaint is the bag breakfast. There was set up for breakfast service so don't know why just bagged breakfast. Loud people staying there that day and night. One point we heard banging on a door repeatedly down the hall. So frequently we thought is someone working on something with a hammer. One guest could be heard talking loud in the hallway, like hollering down it at someone else during the evening and thr morning. We called front desk to ask about the thumping noises coming from above us and they said they would check on it. Now its only like 9pm but it was ridiculously loud. It stopped for a little bit then it turned into stomping around back and forth. It finally quit during the night but started right back up in the morning. The towels are quit small and the sheets to the mattress. But comfortable bed.
