Nice rooms that were very clean and well equipped. Could be noisy outside with cars coming and going but that’s what you expect at a motor lodge/ motel. Handy for shops etc. and Bundaberg centre .Would use agin if in the area.

The outside of the property made me a little nervous but walking into reception all worries disappeared! Lovely lady at the front desk with a contagious laugh! Rooms were updated, modern feel and clean! Ordered breakfast which was delicious and affordable. Would recommend all a visit here

Check in was easy with very friendly Managers. Pool area nice and tidy. Rooms are great, they have been refurbished. Some roadside noise, but it was a great 1 night stay for us passing through. Food within walking distance, across and down the road. Handy location. Very comfortable.

Easy walk from train station and walking distance to shops, food etc. I only had nights stay after late train arrival. Room was good size, clean, well equipped. It's on main road so some traffic noise to be expected. Not certain what they mean by non smoking property (main reason I booked) as there are tables and chairs outside each room with ash trays. Other guests out smoking when I left. Maybe it's a cultural difference in what non smoking means re accommodation in Australia or there is a no smoking part of biulding I couldn't see. But for me disappointed on that level.

Lovely Rooms but Smoked Out this Stay

Night up from Brisbane to see a show with friends from Bundaberg at the Moncrief Theatre. Always stay at this motel as its always so clean and tidy and staff lovely. Unfortunately this time though we were almost smoked out by the neighbours as they sat outside our door from the moment we arrived to the moment we left chain smoking. Came through the door cracks and the breakfast buffet hutch and was sickening. Please do away with the ashtrays encouraging smoking outside peoples rooms. Its horrible for neighbours that don't smoke and make them have to leave the premises just like most other businesses do now. Smoking should not be encouraged in this day and age.

Probably the best housekeeping I have ever encountered at a motel. Management could not be more helpful in any matter. Great size TVs, great Wi-Fi speed, comfy beds and soft pillows. Soundproof rooms what more can you ask?
