“Stayed at this hotel once before but there will not be a third time. Check in staff was not helpful when asked about disabled parking. The car park is a fair walk from the hotel which only has 2 spaces for the whole place which was full. She finally reluctantly let us park out side the building and due to a wedding said she would make a note for other staff to be aware. “Loved this country house hotel. Very charming and close proximity to Chester and its zoo. Only 30 mins away from Manchester Airport so would definitely consider staying here if flying from there. Hotel is set in beautiful grounds. Has its own restaurant but we didn’t eat here as some lovely local places to sample. Staff were very helpful and our room was comfortable and cosy. Would certainly recommend. Breakfast was lovely. Freshly cooked and plentiful”

“Set in the quiet countryside, access is down a private drive leading to a secure carpark in front of the main building. The staff were very welcoming and the food served was very nice. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend”
