I liked the property because it was pet friendly, however, another guest complained that my pet was barking at night which I disagreed. He complained to the Management but was not handled by the Managenent appropriately. The other guest started being disrespectful by banging on my door several times which adjutated me. This should have not happened if there was a Security provided by the Management.

Christy at check in was great. The breakfast was excellent and everyone was nice and professional. The rooms were clean. Some of the outlets didn't function but we worked it out. The faucet didn't want to drain and the stopper was broken but I let them know and they were great-full we did.

The front desk staff person was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us some excellent recommendations for places to have dinner.

The staff is good and helpful. The property is sketchy and in need of repair and cleaning. Did not feel safe at night walking the dog. Wasn’t comfortable around other persons staying at the hotel. Booked two nights but only stayed one. There are not any decent properties to stay at in Bullhead you’ll have to go to Laughlin to stay. Very disappointing, wish a quality hotel would come to the bullhead area.

Drove up. Did not stay. Looked unsafe. Motel facing street in the back behind check in. Homeless people hanging around. Was by myself and felt very unsafe.
