The room smelled really bad (like sewer) and I was able to move rooms and woke up really sick

The room was filthy. I wiped down the floor of the bathroom and the towel I used was black. We were supposed to be there two nights and would have cancelled that location if we had not had business the next day three miles away. We were going to stay the extra night to just have some fun, but even after showing the hotel manager the filthy towel and not even getting an apology, we decided to leave before we got sick. We thought during the Pandemic, motel rooms were being sanitized. This was far from sanitized, it was filthy.

The room was hot and the A/C could not keep up with the heat outside. For the price I paid I was really disappointed

They gave us an all ready occupued room. Breakfast was until 9 30. At 8 55 there was no hot food out.

Toilet didn’t flush. No biscuits and gravy at breakfast.
