Great staff and gardens. Pool was great. Rooms are a bit tired, need some TLC. Breakfast was more for Asian tastes, Western food was limited to eggs, sausages and occasional bacon with usual tea, coffee, fruit. No restaurants nearby. Limited transport. Enjoyed our time because it was relaxing but doubt if we'd go again.

Hotel is nice but watch what you eat there

I got food poisoning from their restaurant. When I needed urgent medical assistance at 2am no one assisted even after several attempts of contacting the 24 hour reception via messaging. Was advised I’d get a refund and never did.

Positief: het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was ruim, leuk terras en goed bed, groot resort met veel groen. Negatief: zeer slecht gepoetste kamers, grote schimmelplekken in de badkamer, barsten in de muren, zeer muffe geur in de kamer, plekken op handdoeken, haren van vorige eigenaar gevonden in badkamer. De tegels liggen los aan het zwembad etc. + in Lovina zelf is er niet veel te zien.

Familie ophold i Lovina

Vi havde 2 deluxe værelser. Store værelser, men virkelig slidt, og specielt badeværelserne var slidte og ikke særlig lækre. En del støj fra andre gæster om natten (formentlig fordi vi havde værelse til en hovedsti). Omgivelserne/poolområdet var fint, og beliggenhed ned til stranden og med gåafstand til centrum var fin. Restauranten var ikke noget specielt, vil klart anbefale at spise i byen. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme.
