I think need to improve the level 5 parking area. The parking bay drawing look like not so nice & small. And, at the parking area don’t see any security guard, look like no so save. For the hotel room, room inside is ok but the outside room need to tidy. The rest so far is ok. Thank you.

Rooms were spacious for a couple or solo traveller. Could fit a third person on the sofa too. Walkable to a large food centre nearby and there was also a massage place that was very affordable. Free parking but the main road was super busy and hard to exit onto. Love that they gave glass pitchers for you to fill up with the water cooler on the corridor, but the water flow was so slow, it took about 5 mins to fill the 1L jug.

I found he room new, large and clean with its own kitchen and living area. Hot water and air conditioning worked well although it was a bit of a pain walking out regularly to get water from the dispenser. What I cannot understand was the piss poor attitude of the staff. ZERO greetings from reception to security to service staff throughout my stay. Unbelievable! I know it is a Citadines and I am not overly fussed by these things, but this really stood out. I might stay again given the quality of rooms but would prefer another hotel if available.
