“This hotel has potential and very beautiful environment. The staff need training in customer service and hotel management. We had booked and paid for a superior room but when we arrived they told us that there was no warm water in the room and the other room the aircondition was not working. We were told that our room was upgraded but when we checked out the room was a standard room. A lot happened during our check in so we ended up having cold showers for two days. Breakfast was boring. “I recently booked for a night at Fancy Resort Beach Hotel jinja. I drove to the hotel and I was told that the hotel was closed due to renovations and management change. I was not refunded. I drove away to look for another place to stay. They took my money and no services. Why are they still advertising on Expedia.com with a closed hotel and still taking people's money. They are taking free money. That's not right.. im very upset... i suffered a loss....fancy resort Beach hotel jinja are...
