This hotel had friendly and helpful staff. Everything was nice and clean. They had a nice breakfast buffet. I didn’t like that they only had two coffee machines that you had to press buttons, wait for it to grind the beans, and then drip into your cup. It took too long for each person and the coffee was weak. I love having thermoses full of coffee with a “bold” option for those who like bolder coffee. That would be a big “win!” The other thing is this particular area can get extremely congested with traffic. We were trying to get to Olive Garden Saturday night for dinner, which was 1.5 mikes away. It was going to take 20 minutes in traffic. Apparently, the Mall of Georgia is what drew all the traffic. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
