I found the room quite comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom was very nice as well as the shower. It is very convenient that there are restaurant options. Attached to the property. Both offering excellent cuisine. There is a Fitness room, but I found it lacking machines. The bed and linens were very comfortable as well as the towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Just one night to catch a flight at BUF. The Staff were friendly and welcoming , and love the decor and wide hallways. The room was nice but the carpets were stained and the TV was on its way out as the screen was going This was a double queen on the 4th floor with a pass through door to make it a suite....however this meant that when the woman next door started screeching into her phone on speaker at 6:30 we heard every word. The hotel did not seem crowded so I suspect they put everyone on one floor for ease of maintenance

Definitely not sound proof rooms. I could hear the neighboring rooms entire conversations, snoring, and even getting up to use the restroom. You hear every footstep and door shut on the same hallway, especially when room service is doing their rounds. The doors do not shut quietly. Sleeping in is not an option. I also had 3 different types of hairs on the toilet and a near empty roll of toilet paper, making me wonder if the bathroom was even cleaned. Lastly, no continental breakfast, which is fine, but they advertise for lattes and couldn’t even make lattes both days we stayed. If you try booking with the spa, you need to do it weeks ahead of time because they’re fully booked with their services. Sheets/bedding were cheap. Otherwise, it was okay.

I was hoping for an above average experience at the Delavan, but was a bit disappointed. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. That said, the TV barely worked and had only local channels. It was very hard to get the remote to turn the TV on and once I did, I couldn't turn it off. I had to have someone from the staff come to do that. I enjoyed the gym but the weight selection was strange - no barbells between tens and 25s. The spa is run separately from the hotel and did not return my calls so I did not get to take advantage of that - I had been hoping to schedule a massage. In the end, I felt I would have been better off choosing a cheaper option for lodging on a simple road trip.
