I’ve stayed here a few times and the hotel is clean and the staff is great. I especially like the Chandelier Bar at Italian Prime. They have a good happy hour with smaller portions of all their classic dishes which were more than enough for me. Great Espresso Martini.

Our room was comfortable. There were some cleanliness concerns.. Lots of dust and the carpet needed to be vacuumed better. We appreciated the parking for a rental car and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here so we can visit Niagara Falls. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Close to airport. Bed was squeaky, but comfortable. Love the pillows. Carpet in room and hallway needs some love and care. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very upscale room - Lots of couples staying for a date night. Loved having so many amazing restaurants in-house, and got to use the gym which was very clean, well-equipped, and stocked with up-to-date equipment. I would stay here again!

It’s a very nice hotel. It looks great when you enter the lobby. The bar and restaurant were great. Everyone that worked there were great. The room was spacious but is starting to look outdated. One thing we noticed, that other people stated was the coffee pot in the room was so dirty that we didn’t want to take a chance on using it.

Delevan Hotel and Spa was easy to access from the interstate. Check-in was fairly easy, and parking was good. Donovan Hotel is under renovation, and the price reflected that. Morning breakfast was not included. We had to pay for a meal similar to a McDonald’s Egg McMuffin. Yet the staff were friendly and helpful. They have two on-site restaurants, both of which were excellent.

Just okay…. We had an issue with a noisy upstairs neighbor at 2am. Staff did a good job resolving it. Generally clean, but hall carpet was worn and faded. Room was generally clean. Limited snack and drinks at the front desk for purchase (e.g., no bottled water). Internet was spotty with a lot of buffering while streaming.
