The room was tiny, and not so clean, it smells, you can hear the noise from the next room, also when train pass by. My family was in town for a concert and just needed a place to shower and sleep. Which was horrible. Heat didn’t work in any of our 3 rooms. Rooms were visibly dirty

DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here for an hour and left immediately after we saw how dirty our room was. We found holes and hair in bedding linens, stains/crumbs all over the carpet. Stains all over the walls and one of the lamps did not work. They refused a refund because we only stayed an hour and are only giving me $50 deposit back. They didn’t seem surprised by the pictures I took of the room. The website pictures are very deceiving for what you’re actually getting!!

Expedia booked the wrong day. The Hotel charged me seperate and said Expedia would refund me . My room had cigar wrappers on the floor ...had no smoke or fire protection and was incredibly smelly and loud . When asked for a refund for the day (i paid for insurance ) expedia gave that responsibility to the property owners who kindly enough declined to refund me for the day i never asked for or stayed for .
