Showers were really big and loved the layout with sink outside the bathroom (toilet and shower). Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed using the bar for a night cap. Would definitely stay again. Saw the owner, Mr. Salvatore, on Sunday at his hotel, which you never see that anywhere else.

All hotels in Buffalo area were sold out by the time we made this reservation not knowing the Bills were in town. Driving through Buffalo on way back to Columbus Ohio this hotel seemed intriguing and it was an experience. Felt like we were back at Nona’s house and everyone was very friendly. Nice surprise but not sure we will stay again. Breakfast was better than any continental breakfast we have had with included breakfasts.

I really liked that. It’s an individually owned hotel and it is a classy place. They have plenty of towels in the room along with everything that you could need, hairdryer, magnifying mirror soap, liquid soap, shampoo, creamer, and etc. I love having a coffee pot in my room as well. We always have a great stay at Salvatore‘s. I think they used to put bottles of water in the rooms prior… This time we did not get water in the room. I think that should be given to everybody at all hotels! We’ve been to Salvatore‘s quite a few times and will definitely return!

Only had one problem got my bill in the morning and it had 134 hour charge on it for the restaurant which we were not in there at all we were at a wedding that’s why we went there but when I called Office there, he said he would straighten it out and when I walked by to bring my luggage out, he said he straightened it all out and everything OK hope so

We had a wonderful experience during our evening at Salvatores Grand Hotel. From the warm reception to the elegant lobby to the character in the hallways and the comfortable, clean, and well-appointed room every element exceeded expectations. The experience in this owner-operated establishment cannot be replicated at your standard mid-range, cookie-cutter, sterile hotel. Russell's chophouse on the premises was the perfect setting for a lovely steak dinner and cocktails. Few hotels in the luxury price point have such an exemplary restaurant on site. The complimentary breakfast buffet the following morning was a wonderful way to get the day started prior to our departure. When we shuffle back to Buffalo we will certainly be staying at Salvatores!
