The bathroom door had blood in the jam and along the outside, and it wasn't a small amount of blood. I saw room service on my second day there but didn't need them yet. They never stopped at my room again. I was there 14 days. The internet was out for 2 days and on a third day power kept going in and out. Bring your own pots and pans/silverware/etc. The bed was comfortable. The fridge froze anything above the bottom level. There was no microwave. The water was drinkable. The night staff was polite but I wouldn't say the same about the people there during the day. I won't be staying here again and wouldn't suggest others do so.

The room was not clean - there was a hole in the wall, random brown stains along the walls, the bathtub was grimey and stained as well. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke. We requested cleaning once during our 3 week stay and no one came. The only redeeming factors are the price and the bed/sheets seemed to be fairly clean.

Hit a snow storm while traveling at 3am and wasn’t planning on stopping but had to and chose the Red Roof because they are normally good hotels. Checked into our room and the toilet didn’t work, the shower didn’t work and the tv didn’t work. Couldn’t do anything. Decided to try and sleep for just a couple hours before trying to leave again and woke up after 2 hours to bug bites!! Haven’t stopped itching since we left!! Horrible!!! Can’t believe it! Waste of money. Would have been better off trying to keep driving in the snowstorm.

The rooms are terribly if ever maintained. But for the fact that I was choked up in the middle of job-related scheduled, I would not have spent even the first night. They changed/moved me from room to room; they were all the same. Beddings are not merchants, some rooms have things missing; no working TV, another, no microwave, another room, no iron and hangers! What a mess. I ended up, removing their beddings and used mine throughout my stay. So, I will need my entire refund, otherwise, I will call my bank. Thank you.

Absolute dump. I never leave negative reviews, but feel compelled to issue a warning. Room was dirty upon check-in, including flies and small bees (in October-November). Housekeeping NEVER showed in 10 days, despite requests. Had to purchase toilet paper and launder towels. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No dresser. Almost no water from kitchen sink faucet, but bathroom toilet would not stop running. Some TV channels are reportedly ‘paid channels,’ including ABC and CBS, but staff could not process payment, stating ‘system is too much complicated.’ Smoke alarm had been ripped from wall. Very loud late at night. Avoid at all cost.
