The hotel was great! Very comfortable and thoughtful with a lot of details. The breakfast was good, and they provided afternoon cookies. They had a cool little library room you could relax in. It was walking distance to the cute Main Street in East Aurora. We would stay again.

Breakfast is better than normal motel fare. Rooms are good, pool was good, and location of right next to main street but quiet. However, no room cleaning, our hvac unit we in a sorry state of affairs and sofa bed and roll away bed were very uncomfortable.

The smart TV was too hard to find and select the local channels we wanted. The other options for the most part looked attractive but we could not use them unless we had a subscription and remember how to sign in. The chairs in the room were not comfortable. There was not enough light in the room. It needs a light in the center ceiling of the rooms. The hallways out side of the room were kept icy cold. The complimentary breakfasts provided were acceptable at best but the coffee was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel tiny store for snacks and stuff did not have any prices marked. Later found out that I paid over $7 for two small bags of popcorn. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious. The grounds and all well maintained. My only complaint is the beds are hard. At 1 AM, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover and laid it on top of the bottom sheet to help pad the mattress. It wasn't great but it was much better. But everything else was stellar.
