It was a very clean hotel with excellent staff. We had to leave another hotel because of the neighborhood and how dirty the rooms were; we were so happy to have a really well maintained hotel with a safe environment just minutes away.

This is my go-to place to stay every summer that I am in Amherst for work- three separate trips over the course of 3 weeks from late June to mid-July every year. The facility is clean, the rooms immaculate and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is varied, plentiful and delicious. I love the television options and the staff is great- especially Dan at the front desk- who remembers me each summer and greats me like I’m an old friend. This is how hotel stays should be! Thank you to all at the Hampton Inn Amherst- I will always make every effort to book my stays there before anywhere else.
