The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have breakfast available each morning…the fresh waffles are my favorite. The grounds outside were absolutely beautiful and maintained well. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It is a pet friendly hotel and you would never know there were dogs around unless you see them.

The hotel has excellent hospitality, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, as having a few more options would make the experience even better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Breakfast was very good; a wide variety of selections: hot or cold cereal, toast or bagels, make your own waffles, breakfast rolls or muffin, bacon/sausage. eggs. Wow so much to choose! The location was very convenient, close to UB North. Staff were great, supplying extra washcloths and towels promptly upon request. The breakfast had variety and was available in a pleasant bright space. Out unit would have been improved if a towel rack had been installed close to the bathroom sink. All in all though it was a good place for our 6-day stay.
