Needed to stay close to the airport for my travels. This was close and even being an older property it was clean. The staff was very friendly. Ladies should be aware that blow dryers are not in the room.

Our room had clean sheets and towels, but it appears no cleaning was done. Found old food in fridge, a clothing tag on floor and a dirty shower and bathroom floor. In the evening there was two piles of garbage and a used towel in the hallway. They had not been picked up by our departure at 8 am. Otherwise, the hotel was quiet and the buffet breakfast was good. The staff working the buffet was friendly and attentive.

First of all, the cleanliness of the room is impressive. Secondly, the location is so convenient. 0.3 mile to the airport. Easy to get on highways. Coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Good coffee at the lobby 24 hours. We liked it.

The staff at Comfort Inn Buffalo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even at 4 a.m. the staff were cheery and friendly and had coffee ready for us as we left to the airport! We were able to make an earlier rental car drop off because we could easily get the shuttle back to the hotel. My family enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room on site. We were able to take a “to go breakfast bag” since we would be leaving too early to get breakfast! The beds were so comfy and the shower felt amazing after a long trip! Thanks again for going above and beyond, we needed it!
