It was very, very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Lots of places to sit outside at picnic tables. The lot was very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The desk clerk was very nice! Bed was comfortable. Room had a smell, there was an air freshener attached to the conditioner- way too strong! Storm window is off the track, remote control barely worked (we tried new batteries, no change) the door unlocked ok, but there’s a problem with the door handle - doesn’t always want to open. New tub enclosure is nice.

Mona is an awesome owner!! Tony is an amazing Head Cleaner. They keep this property AMAZING! The have great rates younwill jot f8nd anywhere else. This hotel is the numer one go to, when available.

Stayed here again for a job I had in the buffalo area, again Mona and her staff were very welcoming to having me stay again. I appreciate the hard work her and her staff show on keeping the building clean and organized. If I’m in this area working Mona and her staff at budget Inn definitely have my companies business.
