I come to Buffalo for live music quite often. This is now my go-to hotel for easy walking access to the downtown venues. There is easy parking, fridge for drinks, comfortable bedding, a great shower and a great breakfast. The staff is awesome – super friendly & helpful. This makes the shows in Buffalo a win , win fun time and no hesitation to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western on the Avenue. The continental breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, and everything was clean and well organized. Our room was a comfortable size — just right for our needs. There was a fridge, although it did not have a mini freezer, and there was no microwave in the room. The staff were polite, welcoming, and very helpful. One thing that really impressed us was the cleanliness of the hotel. For a pet-friendly hotel, you would never know it when entering the room — it smelled fresh and clean and was clearly very well maintained. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. We had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

Desk staff was helpful with dinner options. Very friendly. Clean room. Great breakfast - one of the best I've had in any small hotel (scrambled eggs 2 ways, potatoes, ham, bakery items, waffles, several juice offerings, yogurt, coffee). The hotel is in a good location but it is very outdated. It is close to several dining options and provides free parking. However, the room is very small and old. The AC was extremely loud in the summer if it is needed. The bathroom is also very cramped. The whole hotel feels like that it has not been updated for decades.

Our room was very clean and well-tended. The staff, in particular the manager, was superb and helpful. Breakfast was good — I had eggs and meat every day and two of the days I also had potatoes. My husband stayed with Cheerios and muffins each day, which he loved. The air conditioning was much too chilly the first night but we figured out how to work the machine and were very comfortable after that.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast is varied and plentiful with nutritious choices ie 3 different choices of fresh fruit. The 2 gentlemen at reception were wonderful. They went above and beyond exceptions. We want to thank Troy and Junaid for all the help and suggestions that they gave us. They made our stay truly memorable and very enjoyable. These two gentlemen are definitely an asset to Best Western. When we return to Buffalo, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
