Wonderful hotel with views into Recoleta Cemetery from our balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. Situated on cobblestone street which minimized traffic in front of hotel. Very nice breakfast buffet.

It is close to many tourist attractions and great restaurants. The staff is great and always willing to help to plan our day. Pablo, at the front desk, suggested to us places to visits and restaurants to try .

The location is excellent close to everything with many restaurants within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and the breakfast is decent. Only negative part is the noise from the bar adjacent to the property

This hotel is located next to Recoleta Cemetary and is close to parks. The neighborhood is safe, clean and beautiful. The only thing we don't like is that the music played by the bars or restaurants underneath the hotel was loud during the night till 2 AM.

The staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful, friendly and they do an outstanding job. There are two things I didn't like: super small and non functional trash cans in the room and bathroom, very old and stained towels. I usually don't take my towel with me because I stay in high rated hotels and this one the first hotel with not pleasant towels, you could see stain on almost gray towels ( originally supposed to be white)

Urban Suites Recoleta was truly a boutique Hotel. It was in a good neighborhood, staff was professional yet friendly and it was well-appointed. Breakfast was served in a dining room, covered all appetites and tastes, plus included Expresso beverages in addition to drip coffee and an assortment of teas. Having the airport transfer service was also welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located and adjacent to the cemetery, making walking the Recoleta neighborhood very easy. The common area is minimal and small, but the rooms are very adequate and clean. I had a suite that had a street view and it was a bit noisy at night from the restaurants and bars below. Everything in the room worked and was updated. The breakfast offered a nice variety. I would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful terrace suite with amazing view over Recoleta Cemetery and surrounds. Close to AEP Aeroparque and Cruise Terminal and walkable to lots of restaurants, shops and parks. Lovely breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, except for Friday night noise from nearby clubs. Pop in some earplugs if you're wanting an early night.
