I am a bit selfish and dont want to share this place with anyone else.. It is outstanding. Location, location, location. Super safe area, great view, super friendly staff. Free cofee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. AC worked great and keeps running after you close the door. i turned it off to help keep this prices down. Full of brazilians and local travel experts. A hidden gem. the 24hr reception marks the diference also, kudos to virginia from the cleaning staff. oh the safety box fits 3 laptops at least and never runs out of battery.... What a delight, left 30 bucks tip cause it was awsome... thanks goes out to the staff and the owner!!!! Well done!!!!!

Well-managed budget hotel. Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. No bathroom in the lobby, which means you're out of luck if you need one while waiting to check in or after checking out. Great value for the price.

The afternoon shift desk clerk who checked me in was very unfriendly. She pretended to not know a word of English when she was dealing with me but yet I heard her speaking some English later. She put me in a room on the top floor and it seems that's where the motors for the elevator were and it was too noisy to sleep, guests were using the elevator till about 2 am and then started again at 6 am. Both morning clerks were very friendly and treated me with respect, if it were not for the morning staff I would have checked out after the first night. Good value but not sure the afternoon clerk should be in the hospitality business (but maybe she had a tough week)

Check in was easy, friendly staff. Room was nice and clean.. in all honesty a bit in need of a freshen up is needed, but was absolutely fine for me. Local area is safe, with plenty of transport options, shops for room.supplies, bars and places to eat... Easy to get around to other areas.
