Staff is amazing. Hotel and grounds are good. The updated rooms are very nice, the older ones, not so much! There’s also a bunch of renovations happening, which could be quite annoying and loud. I feel they should have disclosed that, but they compensated when I told them. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family long term stay. EVERYBODY treats you like royalty, from valet, front desk, restaurants, housekeeping , everybody was so hospitalable. All surrounding were squishy clean.

The pool is in need of a refurb.No matter how we tried we couldn’t adjust the room temperature.It was set for 19.5 but read 23.5 and seemed to be locked.The Italian restaurant was delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful

the staff at this hotel is the greatest asset.We stayed here on 3 occasions over a 3 week period.The first room we could not adjust the temperature.The 3rd room had a bad lock you had to fight with to get the door closed.All rooms had bad dripping taps.The pool although large and enjoyable is looking quite shabby.The Italian restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed the bar for a nightcap.The hotel is in a great location and we walked to the canal where there is a lot going on.Overall we had a good stay but the hotel is in need of a refresh
